Whats the best and worst ultimate spells?

It is a tough call, I have to pick my 3 favorites- Death & Decay, Panda Transformation, and the Tauren Chieftan's Ressurect.

Crappiest ultimate spell?  Definitely the new neutral hero one that converts one enemy unit into gold every 4 minutes or so. That one is total crap.  The second crappiest would be what?  I'd have to go with the invulnerability ulitmate that the orc witch doctor hero has.  It's worked out for me only a small percentage of the times that I've used it.

I love earthquake. It's so great because it stuns an army in a base, or it can easily wipe out half a base in one go. It's incredibly useful late game because the Far Seer can roam around and take out an entire expansion, with towers, in seconds.
